Part-Time Mental Health Therapist

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy (in-person & telehealth). 

• Complete intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes. 

• Collaborate with other providers, schools, and community partners. 

• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EMR system.

• Approximately 10-20 hours / week of clinical availability

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology. 

• Active Mississippi license (e.g. LPC, LCSW, or license-eligible). 

• 2+ years clinical experience preferred. 

• Maintain individual professional liability insurance. 

• Strong organizational and communication skills. 

• Commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed care.

• Competitive percentage-based pay model (earnings tied to completed sessions). 

• Office space, EMR, billing, and admin support provided.
