Matt Williams M.Ed., NCC, LPC
Hey, I'm Matt! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience working in both state-run and private mental health settings. Originally from Chicago, I now call Oxford, Mississippi my home after having earned my Master’s Degree from the University of Mississippi.
I use a compassionate, inclusive approach and am passionate about supporting people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities as they work through life’s complexities. I specialize in helping youth and young adults navigate the challenges of daily life, whether it's managing anxiety, building social skills, or handling the ups and downs of growing up.
I have a background in Behaviorism and Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, and focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore who you are, recognize your strengths, and build the skills that help you thrive.
My goal is to help you move toward a place of growth and fulfillment, no matter where you’re starting from. I’m here to have your back as you navigate the challenges of life and find your own path forward.
