Looking for a supportive space to build real-life social skills and connect with others, right here in Oxford, Mississippi?

You’re in the right place!

Our weekly social skills groups are designed just for teens and young adults on the autism spectrum who want to grow their confidence, communication, and connection — all in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Each group is kept small (up to 8 participants) to make sure everyone has a chance to engage and feel heard. Sessions are structured and led by trained/certified therapists or clinicians who bring both experience and heart to the work they do.

We focus on the skills that really make a difference: starting and maintaining conversations, navigating social situations, handling conflict, understanding and regulating emotions, and forming meaningful friendships. We also mix in fun activities and occasional outings, so you can put your skills to use in the real world.

While we encourage regular attendance to get the most out of the group experience, we understand that life is busy — school, jobs, family, and downtime all matter too.

You’re always welcome here.

Whether you can make it every week or just most of the time.

Come join a group of peers who “get it,” in a space where you can learn, grow, and feel supported — all while being yourself.
