When: Mondays • 5:00–6:00 PM (Central Time)

Location: Kaizen Counseling in Oxford, MS

Cost: $25 per person

how big are groups?

Each group is kept small (up to 8 participants)

This is make sure everyone has a chance to engage and feel heard. Sessions are structured and led by trained/certified therapists or clinicians who bring both experience and heart to the work they do.

how often are group sessions?

Our group meets weekly!

 

The group is open-attendance; you are not required to participate every week.

We do encourage regular attendance to get the most out of the group experience, however we also understand that life is busy — school, jobs, family, and downtime all matter too!
